I'd do a serious engine certification on that boat...
See the salt water all over the front of the engine???
It could be just a bad hose, but look at the relationship of the water marks (salt) and the air intake....
Pics look decent. And you know the guy isn't hiding anything if he didn't bother to clean the engines before clicking the pic...

Give the broker a call and see what info he has... and find out where the boat is. It is certainly not at his office location...
