speed 5 sound about rite ?
thank's mike |
six for polish... 3 for wax

From what I hear, you'll want a rotary for actually polishing oxidized gel coat. I have a PC7424xp for use on my cars, but it doesn't pack enough power to really handle an oxidized boat.
The Groit's Garage random orbital is a more powerful one if you don't want to go with something like a Makita or DeWalt rotary. If you're just applying wax, then any of them will work fine on about speed 3 with a soft pad. |
