Concept and HTM are restricted. As a comparison, Contender and Warlock are caution. HUH?
Concept and HTM only build cats, don't know about contender but Warlock builds cats, V's and even small family Jet boats

Hackercraft is restricted. They make classic style wooden runabouts- think antique ChrisCraft and GarWood.
They make classic style "performance" wooden runabouts

Banana, Checkmate, Donzi, Nordic, Powerquest, Scarab, Sunsation, and HALLETT are caution. I'm getting really confused.
This make sense as they don't want to automatically write a policy on these boats with out looking at power, owners history, etc.
Who came up with this list? Is it a result of the number of claims each brand of boat has had?
Yes it is. Because some cases don't match value of the boat and its performance level.
