LS 1 BATBOAT PROJECT by Mesa
2 Attachment(s)
A good friend of ours in the Antigua we built a twin turbo LS1 for his 2004 corvette , called me last month and told me he had aquired a batboat and wanted to use his old engine we had in the shop so he proceeded to tell me he wanted it to be bad to the bone . We built this stroker combo with billet crank Carrillo rods JE pistons and ported and flowed the heads to be able to use the 1.8 ratio rockers with the big valve lift . We're awaiting a Fast EFI system to finish the tuning and I'll give you some numbers when we finish it.

yes it's a closed cooling system and the exhaust is custom by CMI it'll have circulating pump and raw water pump

Using a LS1 is something I've had in mind for quite some time. What's a engine like that running? I mean the cost for stock vs wild?
