Default Need Urgent Auto A/C Help

We are preparing to leave Tommorow eve on our trip to Cumberland. I need to try and fix the A/C on the tow-pig.(1992 k2500 Chevrolet with 5.7L engine) The IDIOT who previously owned the vechicle for some reason empitied ALL the oil out of the Compressor and Accumulator. I bought a completed REMAN system and am trying to install the system before our trip tommorow....I Can not find ANYTHING on the oil capacity of the compressor OR accumulator. EVERYTHING says measure the amount out of the old part and add that amount plus X amount of oil........Problem is the old system is BONE DRY!!!!! I have All data and it is useless....I have the Haynes book and ditto on that........ANYBODY have the answer? I doubt the Wife and Mother inlaw can handle 90 degree weather without the A/C....I will be checking back frequently hoping someone can help me.....

Thanks in advance
Randy

sorry got distracted,if you already haven't fixed it,it's 6 oz.if you did not replace the entire system make sure you use a retrofit oil (assuming your converting to 134a)
