While I don't see how it happened. Quickly worn belts suggest an alignment problem to me.
I would Carefully check your pulleys and bracket attachment bolts for tension, (be very gentle w aluminum heads).
You may have bubba-d something when you changed it or forgot to tighten a bolt back down.

That's what I'm thinking anyway.
I always by Goodyear belts
