Who makes an Oil Drain hose for 525EFI....
This weekend I was helping my friend change his oil in his staggerd 42 Lightning. The pump we used took forever and I told him to leave them empty while we made up some drain hoses for the plug. Is anyone making premade oil drains that replace the drain plug? Im trying to skip all the steps to put one together and just buy one. Thanks.

I had great luck with one of those oil change systems that you just mount in the boat. Came with an elbow fitting and the hose to come up from under.
That was a single engine app (my old boat), but I know that they sell kits to switch between twins.
Maybe BoatUS or WestMarine?
It worked out great. Oil change at will.

Mercury makes a kit. I think it retails for about $60 at your dealer. Only problem is they have two different kits for two different threads on your oil pan plug. Perhaps your dealer can help you determine the right one, but I bought both and returned one when I did my HP500EFI several years ago.

too olds got em ....19.95 .. I have heard that if the hose is small enough to fit thru bilge drain plug that those flow SLOW also ....I have this JABSCO pump from westmarine and it pumps it all out in about 2-3 mins ...
