Was in NYC last weekend with my 25 outlaw took a big wave out in the bay and when I came down all 4 dogs on my bomar hatchs broke. Check their website but they dont advertise replacements. It was a pretty good wave but nothing I havent been in before. The plastic dogs just gave and shattered into pieces. Had to secure them for the trip back to VA with a bungi cord. Anyone know where I can get replacements...its gonna be a nice weekend and I dont want to be stuck home because of tie down dogs.

Contact Bomar directly. They were very helpful over the phone. My brother's hatch was broken, and when he called for replacement parts, they sold him a whole new hatch from their scratch and dent inventory for pennies on the dollar. The hatch was in better shape than the one on the boat. They had parts too, just in his situation, replacement was cheaper.

thanks, contacted bomar directly, they were very helpful, stood behind thier product 100% and are sending me replacement dogs at no cost. Engineering has never seen this problem and want me to send back the broken dogs. Its nice to see there are still companies that stand behind there products.

Glad to hear they fixed things up. What number did you use to contact them directly? I have a broken one too.
