Default Cleaning drive cases

What is the best way to clean the white chalky appearance on my drive cases at the end of the weekend, There has to be a better way tan the rubbing compound I'm currently using.

For one thing, you need to get a drive shower! That white chalky stuff is from your drive being to hot. Clean it off one more time, then put on a drive shower, and you shouldn't have it come back.

Sno Bol, the toilet cleaner. Melts the white right off before your very own eyes.

Vinegar. Buy a gallon, & a spray bottle. Fill the bottle with vinegar. When you get back spray it down. Wait about 20 minutes & then hose off. If really stubborn may take very little rubbing.

Got back from Travis after a week & the side of boat, out-drive, & prop had to be cleaned up.

I use vinegar and water 50/50 on the entire boat, on the drive and exhaust I sometimes use Lime Away. Just spray it on like mentioned before and spray it off with a hose. You may have to do it a couple of times but it will take all the white stuff off with little or no effort.
