Not knowing the Comp ratio & the cam grind it's hard to say.
I dont see anything real special about it...Scat crank...stock rods..Hyper pistons...smallish valves....Others will chime in that know more than me..

Assuming that the compression is 9.5:1 or less, the cam can easily be changed to a 112 or 114 LSA. Then it should work well in your boat. Have you also looked on, Greenwood chevy or one of several GM dealers who offer deals thought the ineternet, for a 350 Mag?

no I have not...that price looks good though? I have been looking to get a little more speed out of the 21' formula also so this might be the place to start! plus the colors match my boat lol

383's are usually external balance. Your 350 is internal so it will have to have a new flywheel. Freeze plugs need to be brass also. Steel plugs will corrode in no time.

I am not sure what I am looking to spend...right now I have a 1989 350 magnum with vortec heads and an edelbrock air gap intake unfortunatly with a spun bearing
I wanted to upgrade a little and the price of that motor looked good...what can you do for me?
