Default small blisters

I have a 1987 baja sport.I leave it in the water I was at the beach cleaning the bottom and i felt small blissters.I took the boat out of the water and it dryed and the blissters where gone.What should I do?Is it something to wory about.

Don't leave it in the water for more than a few days at a time. This is a progressive process called blistering from water permeating the gel coat in the absence of a barrier coating (VC tar/bottom paint). It is very expensive to repair.
