Alarm=Engine Cutting Out!!!
I just had this start happening. My alarm will go off and at the same time my motor will cut out 4,000rpms drop to like 3,000 then jump back up....... I checked everything I could but need to know what sensors trip the alarm and will cut the ignition? I know it is not the drive res. because I unplugged them and it still did it. Thanks

Thanks Dave I am on the right track. Does anyone know where you can find a wiring diagram online? The one one here I can't read....

Re: Alarm=Engine Cutting Out!!!
Okay update! Last night I went out with the scan tool.
1st tried to ground out diff. sensors so I knew which one was which alarm on the scanner Gen1, Gen2., Etc. Well I couldn't ground them out......
2nd went for a ride and the alarm went off with Oil Level Lamp and dropped rpms???? Never leaving a code
3rd went for another ride alarm went off but Power Reduction never came on but again it cut power 1,000rpms for a split sec. Never leaving a code
4th switched scanner to the other motor and tried to ground sensors but nothing....
Does the alarm get it's signal only from the computer or could it be grounding out under the dash sending a signal to the computer?????
HELP!!!!!
