You will need to crank the boost up as well to see any gains. I have heard that you can get 50-60hp by doing both.

I have the same motors...would love to know how this turns out for you.

I understand Tyler Crocket has a kit that can get a reliable 600 HP. Beilieve it consists of an intercooler and pully. Not sure if there is anything else.

Joel

BTW...I'd be willing to do this on my boat first if you like. Just send me the money!

putting on smaller pullies make the little blowers whine very loud, i was told it could also cause bearing failure in the blower. but then i never had any trouble.

I've got 200+ hrs on my 525sc blower with a smaller pulley. Running about 7 lbs of boost. The do whine a lot, but I have not had any problems. I change the lube every 30 or so hrs.

Griff...

How much of a performance improvement did you get with the pully change? Which pully did you get...from where?
