32Fever - My '00 38' with twin carb'd 500HP's runs right where you are at idle and cruise, but a little higher at WOT. Maybe 20 - 22 at WOT. But my gauges read about 2 - 4 PSI different side to side. I've heard the gauges aren't all that consistent.
