Checkmate zt260 supercharging

Does anyone have experience in supercharging a '03 chekcmate zt 260 with a 496 mag?

I am being told that I cannot do it.

Why not? It will certainly fit. Maybe the issue is the 496 not holding up. It’s not the best engine for supercharging, but it can and has been done.

i know a guy that runs a pro charger on a 496 high put in a checkmate 300 con.
