Diverter kit for CMI Elbow-top headers

I'm looking for a used CMI diverter kit with air valves the corsa part number is 13139. (Capitain's call)

I dont have that, but if it would help, I do have a pair of Teague ST-450 switchables for sale.

Corsa asks to send them the CMI Elbows, so they will match them to the switchable captain's call for free. Pricing was at about $1200

Have a brand new race motor in N.C. with the headers and will ship alltogether finaly from there... that's why.
