Re: 502-415 HP MPI Exhaust Manifolds
I am giving the Stainless Marine manifolds consideration, as well as the Imco and the EMI's. I've heard a lot of good things about the Stainless Marine, but I'm still investigating all my options, and the $'s.

I just bought 2 sets of Stainless Marine Manifolds from Scott and Kathy @ Speed and Custom Marine! Great deal and great people!
I don't when I'll get them mounted, too busy working right now!

Sounds like you have plenty of good advice but my advise is to avoid "knockoffs" sold by Eddie Marine et al in the past. Bought a pair of "Gil" exhausts but the elbows were not made of quality stainless and rusted out.

Re: 502-415 HP MPI Exhaust Manifolds
I love Stainless Marine. Have had them on my last three boats. Have a set brand new in the box never unpacked for your 502 mpi. Manifolds and risers. Sold the boat for another one before I got around to installing them.

G-Man.....I may be interested. I'm going to need to get 92)sets, so I need to decide what direction I plan on going.
Still looking for anyone else's experience...the good, the bad, the clean install, the pain in the azz....
Surprised haven't heards from any RM users.
Glad to hear so many positive Stainless Marine comments.

Re: 502-415 HP MPI Exhaust Manifolds
I put a set of Revolution marine units on my 32 Fountain.
They were a bear to install with engines in the boat.
The boat had Merc silent choice. I installed them and
at the same time had my props labbed and picked
up 2 mph. The quality was decent. Had a nice sound to
them also. No problems at all after installation. By the
way,the price was right!!!
