Need dimensions and pictures of SM risors
#1
Anyone have a SM risor laying around that could get me some info soon? They need to be the short ones made for silent choice use.
I need close up side and end pictures, along with the overall length, ( center of inlet to end of nozzle) length the nozzle extends past the outer OD tube, and also the ID of the nozzle.
Thanks!

Re: Need dimensions and pictures of SM risors
Fred, that would be great!
Yes, I have the cast risors. I don't think the fact of cast al or SS should make a difference, I'm looking at design. With talks to Brownie from SM, he said I could modify mine by adding a tube to the end of the risor, thus extending it back further and decreasing the ID for a more higher velocity flow to prevent water reversion. So I'm trying to get the correct size ID so not to restrict it too much and the additional length to match what SM does to their silent choice risors. A couple of pictures would really help if at all possible for clarification. The SM website doesn't really zoom in on this aspect.
Thanks,
Jerry

Here's a couple pictures I found. The one set is for a SBC, not sure if the same as the BBC ones or not, but still the same concept.
