yo flywithme...where did you learn to win friends and influence people? god luck getting any answers like that. if i knew the answer to your questions i surely would share it with someone as rude as yourself. you obviously have no clue who rik is, he has a lot of knowledge and i doubt you'll get hiw to offer anymore help or advice. the people on this board will go out of there way to help the worthy...so be worthy or get a slide ruler and some engineering books and figure it out yourself. i would ask riks forgiveness first then ask him nicely how he came up with that number. it would be a much better way to find out what you want to know. just my .02...spend it wisely

Eric, (TRIPPS) gave the hull away and sold my buddy the motor. The boat only went 65 or 70 with the 680 horse motor. It was a 1970 27' Magnum. A very heavy boat for its size. Don't know the weight. Eric are you out there, Maybe you could help this guy, BBB

To all you... GREAT GUYS at OSO...that have answered this thread....I DO APOLOGIZE...for any remarks, or comments that may have offended anyone!!!

Sometimes...I don't always word things the way most people do...and it comes out sounding rude. But...I do appreciate your comments...even criticism. That's how we learn...AND YOU GUYS... sure have taught me a lot of things. ANOTHER DAY...ANOTHER LESSON.
