Re: Need HP500 Intake manifold
I have a couple of Hp manifolds 1996 - the salt water has eaten a lot of the water crossover - but they do not leak - for fresh water they should be fine and they are free - you pay shipping - ( these did not have the bronze inserts)

I' ve got a Dart large oval, same as the HP500.
No brass insert and it's painted black.
$50 + shipping.
I also have a new Rectangular port off of a 502HO.

if you order this from an automotive supplier, i.e. jegs or summit. make sure to order part number 41114000ch this way it will fit the chevy heads.
i just bought a set from jegs new for 399.00 per the merc part number for mine is 848554t 2 dealer cost is $892.65 retail is $1487.75 just paint it blue and you saved about $500.00 per the only differance is that merc adds a pcv valve to their model, i do not know the reason for this
