Been there done that with good results search" 330 on roids" My suggestion is have a really good wrench assemble them not a "Buddy" You may save some $ but it will cost you in the end running time during the short summer is big $ in my book. Hey Powerquest 38 ever look into Wesco in Jenison? he did mine and has a Great rep!!!!and he's in our backyard.

He once worked for JimV.....I Know him, I'll stick with Wesco enough said. I had a bunch of things I bought off the board Merlin heads, emi exhaust, Rpm intakes Holley 800 carbs,rockers...about everything I needed Wesco got me roller cams and some new steel cranks. I'm tickeled with them.

Dyno has done a lot of research and work on his boats over the years and is pretty knowledgeable about this particular subject. His current engines make 450+ on the dyno with all the marine gear installed and run absolutely great in the boat. I would expect his engines to go at least 500 hours with nothing but normal maintenance.
