Someone help a brother out with a measurement.


On a bigblock Chevy with a intercooler and roots blower
Can someone measure from the front engine mount
forward bolt out to the top blower pulley. (The lenth).

From the front motor mount bolt to the top of the carbs.
(Height.)

C,mon guys theres gotta be someone with a blower engine nearby.

I have 3 different blower motors in the shop. Ineed to know what block (9.8/10.2) , and what supercharger? If its a 71 series blower, what lenght snout & pulley. Also have several other blowers around to mock up, but need to know which blower and intercooler.

10.2 Deck, 71 series blower with intercooler
Side saddle carbs.
8mm 4 inch pulley Snout is typical lenth 6inch?

I have blowers siting here.
Engines are all apart including heads.
I guess if I took the time I could tape all the compoments.
I figured if someone had one complete engine they could just run a tape across it.

I am looking for distance from the forward engine mount to the blower pulley.
Height to that same bolt to top of carb. But I beleave I
have that written down.

cave/knot, my blowers are at the blower shop for freshing and a polish job, marks going to start to assm my motors next week. i still need to find some ssm#a's before i can rig it tho. keep me posted on your progress bro, look at any fla real estate yet? peace out, rm
