I would contact Laz Mesa at Mesa Engines. If you pull the heads and have them go through and for sure the springs replaced you are looking at around $1000 per engine. If major problems are found and the engines need to come out you have to go through them with pistons, bearings, rings and such you are proubly in the neighbor hood of $3500 to $4500 per engine parts and labor.

To have a quality job done you're going to spend $6500 per side if anyone tells you less do the numbers yourself it can't be done by the time you replace pistons rod bolts valvetrain lifters starter raw water pump fuel pump and everything else that really needs to be done you'll have all that in it.
