I had a 1975 18' Classic with a SBC and Volvo drive.
Even with the small block, center riser exhaust would not fit without modifying the hatch... :(
I ran Edelbrock aluminum log style exhaust manifolds. I'm not sure they were a lot better from the performance side but they were a lot lighter and prettier... :D
I would suggest the round aluminum log type exhaust. I've seen them in a lot of older jet boats... :cool:
