Default New Manifolds for my Donzi

I have a Donzi 18 2+3 with a big block and TRS drive. I want to change over the manifolds from the Log style to something else. The problem is that to get the Log style it they had to cut out the deck so anything that would go in there would have to be lower then a "log style. There are a few things that worry me. First does anyone make a "low" manifold. Two is if I go with a manifold that is that low am I asking for trouble with water going up the exhaust?

Jon

Yes, you are asking for trouble...It's the only boat you have that runs. Leave it alone

Jon, I'm going through the same thing with my Trs boat. The height of the Rev exhaust is 15.25 inches. I don't know if EMI's are taller or shorter.

Mine has logs on it still.

I think Stainless Marine makes a set for the big block with a low swept angle riser that might fit. Call them for dimensions and then "measure twice and order once!" Don't cut on a Donzi !!

Cuda to fit this motor in Donzi actually cut out holes in the deck and back of the hatch. They then put this funky covers of them. So what ever I need I would guess would have to be about 4" lower then the log style. I could I guess buy a regualar hatch and modify that but there is no way that I will modify the original hatch.
