Default hydraulic steering - what do I need to know?

hydraulic steering - just walking off into this topic, and wondering what I need to know. Where do I start? Any recommendations on places to shop? Thanks.

Imco, Marine Machine, Latham, etc. they are all good. What kind of boat and how fast are you going? I would bite the bullet and get a FULL system.

Contact Brian Alfrey at XS PERFORMANCE (513) 407-0215

I installed an their full hydraulic dual ram system on my boat last year and it works GREAT!!

It's kind of hard to see in this pic, but the fitting for the lines are built right into the cylinder brackets...makes for a nice clean install

Last years price on a full hydraulic dual ram system was $2650.00

If you purchase a system made by XS, Beware you will wait at least 7-9 weeks NOT 3-4 weeks!
Then after waiting this long, critical parts like saginaw shuttle valve adapters, wing plate studs, etc. are missing. It then takes Brian an additional 2 weeks to send the missing parts if he sends them at all.

Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere until he gets caught up.

Consider yourself lucky!
XS may have had shorter turn times last year, but they are down at least 7 weeks right now.
