jdnca1 idle was very nice loaded on the dyno 550-580 never stalled once 
no load 750 - 800 best part is the idle sound hope this shakes things up this is about 65 -70 more hp then the way we had it set up not to mention the fuel derlivery problems from them holley pumps we had.

Kamma, I am a hobbist with these boat motors, the more knowledge I get the more I realize that most engines are over kill on cyclinder head , this engine which I dynoed last week has taught me alot about this in the low rpm band I run it in. also it is actually 588" I was incorrect in my eariler post.gg

Anyway, I'm sure you have gotten some raised eyebrows for wanting to run a 335cc head on a 588cid engine. I'm running 315cc AFR CNC ported heads on a pair of 565cid engines. I cruise at right around 3200-3500rpm in a 32' Active Thunder.

Sonic, If you drop static to 9 ,you should change cam so I would be guessing at hp around 775. Kaama , I did a 555" for a friend, 4.56x4.25, I used a pair of 325 heads I had and a dart intake, the hp/cid was down, to much head , valve and intake for the low rpm in these boats. gg

850hp 572 = 1.486hp per cid.

383 x 1.49 = 570.67
406 x 1.49 = 604.94
