Lubing universals, gimbal, and coupler

What is the proper procedure to lube the coupler, gimbal, and universals? How much grease is enough?

Universal I just give them enough to push fresh grease eout the seals. The Gimbel is ajust a pump or two. Splines for the coupler just smear it good with spline grease. I do it about once a year and check alignment and bellows too while the drive is off.
