Anyone ever sand blast a trailer?

I want to gte my trailer sandblasted and painted. Its an older Galvanized trailer and is showing rust on the seems and where things were bolted through. Just curious what this might cost me or if there is another way.

I would think you couldn't get all the Galvanizing off . I believe they dip the new trailers in the Galvanizing solution? I would think if its rusting in between the places where you can blast would still rust.Welded joints?
I seen them blast painted trailers here and work pretty good. they charged about 150 on a small trailer.
I had a car done a long time ago it was 75.oo hour just for blasting.

My trailer was in ok contition an galvinized , I did a light sanding, primer then final coat. I used Rustoeum but I just wanted it to look a little nicer. I also got rid of the rollers

For a budget minded person and under $10 .....you can always grind the rust out, then spray paint with cold galvanizing. I made a few modifications to my galvanized lift and sprayed the areas I did the cutting or drilling to, and just sprayed there. 3 yrs later still looks just like day 1. These are areas that are under water all day while out on the boat.

You Can Get All The Galvanizing Off Takes A Little Longer But Not A Problem. When I Blasted Mine I Used A 3 Coat Industrial System Zinc Primer Epoxy Mid Coat And A Urethane Top Coat That Was 10trs Ago No Rust Yet. Good Luck In Cali Epa And All.
