I finally got through to them. They said they were just really busy. I still didn't order from them. I don't like dealing with companies that don't answer there phone. If I have a problem I want to talke to someone and get it handled. I'll stick with Fred at trick.

I ordered quite a bit of stuff from CP and had no problems with the phone, billing shipment or the parts. It worked out okay. Sorry to hear you had problems.

I ordered my Autometer Gages from them, while at the boat show in Miami. Things couldn't have gone smoother. Got my gages, when they said I would ,and billed the price I was quoted.
I couldn't be happier with the service I recieved from them.

I have not had any good luck with the cp in Rhonert Park area. I have called on 4 seperate occasions to open my wallet only to get put on hold, told that they will call back and never do. I have even dropped by their store as I frequent the area, asked the same questions, they were all busy with the phones, left my phone number with a couple young guys that could not answer my questions on headers, heads and hydrosteering, never got a phone call back either-took my business to Teague and decided on IMCO equip-got handled. BAM and Trick also has served me very well.

maybe their other (cp online)stores are more responsive.
