Nose Cone Install ?

We saw a big difference at about 85 and above on a high X dimension cat with twins. One drive with a nose cone and our spare drive without. RPMs on drive without nose cone climbed a last faster above 85 than the one with. Put the right drive back on and RPMs were the same.

Rich, do you have a tig welder?
if you do start grinding your lowers, i know you like the thought of that

they are not that bad you can either spot weld them then epoxy or just epoxy.

when i first did my motor the boat ran 91 with out a nose cone i put on a wpm nose cone and went 96 at a lower rpm so yes they will help you above 85.also it is very importent thet they are stright on the drive if you have never put one on you might get some one to help you that has done they and had them work for them . also they can be stright side to side and up and down good luck
