I was told the header bolts need to be tightned every 20-25 hrs of use. Is this true or could this person be covering something up? Its a new motor, but I never heard that before.

check'en them at every oil change is never a bad idea (along w/ all of the other nuts/bolts -- especially the throttle cable linkage on the motor -- i had the nut/bolt come loose a couple times on my old 500EFI's-- lock-tited the bolt w/ the semi-breakable, or whatever it's called). it only takes a few min's.
