more then likely all you need is an upper and a GOOD tech to dissassemble clean and inspect the lower.........
make sure you have somebody that knows the XR
( just because someone has certs doesnt mean that they know what they are doing it means they took the course and pasted but may have never actually done many XRs)
Its not all that much differt then a bravo but the preloads and gear backlash are critical ( no short cuts )
