Sounds sweet I always loved the Pachanga.
oil capacity is 8 quart pan
As your oil question others would need to pipe in. I am sure there is a thread some where.
My oil pressure starts at 70 cold and will be 40 at idle after a wide open hair blowing ride and basically build back to 60 at idle after the oil has cooled down.
I started with the stock 330 HP and Bravo. The Bravo is probably on borrowed time as it has never been apart. Just oil changes.
I am going to try a Mirage 27P this weekend to see if we have enough power to turn it.
Currently I am spinning a labbed 24 3 blade

I use castrol 10w-40 in my engine also with hi vol oil pump. I don't think you can run your pan dry whatever you use 10w-40 synthetic or 20/50. the 10w-40 is a faster oil, but you might see a little more oil consumption depending on your engines condition.
Just be carefull not to overcool your oil . 220* is perfect.
Add an oil thermostat if you want to be sure, and install a oil temp sender in your oil pan.
