If you're doing all of this to the motor, then the only gasket left for you to change would be the oil pan gasket and rear seal. If you have the motor out thats an easy enough fix.

Im Not Pulling The Motor So Thats A No Go On The Main Seal And Oil Pan. I Have Decided That It Is Not Worth Using The Synthetic I'll Stick With The 40w.

You said you were changing the cam? What kind of timing plate cover do you have?

If it's a one piece timing cover you'll need to to drop the oil pan. It is best if you pulled the motor for that. With that being said, change the main seal while you're at it.
