it wouldnt be a pcm problem-probably connection on your computer-it wouldnt be a cam sensor cause you wouldnt get to 3500 rpm's-it definately wont be a crank sensor UNLESS there is metal from the oil on the magnetic end of the sensor-I do see eratic voltage readings-I also DONT see any sea pump pressure-you are gettin 423 f lake temp probably because you are not running a transom harness-actually you definately arent running a transom harness by fuel and pitot tube readings-I have sen in the past that the end of the crank sensor will have metal from the oil stuck to it-
