I'm installing a B&M 420 Blower on a MK-4 block 496 C.I. 16 rib pulley with 3v belt system. Can I run the stock raw water and circulating pump? Will it fit? What advantage would I see with a crossover other than a headache trying to get temp and pressure correct and very few ponies?

no headache, call stainless marine they make a crossover and thermostat housing with a bypass that works great. i have used several of these on blowen motors. my last boat had 420's with this set up work perfectly. if you need any more help p.m. me.

Thanks man, can't PM you though not an upgraded member. I guess my main question is why use a crossover if a normal water pump will fit? Will it fit with the 16 rib? Holley says it will but I have my doubts? Any input is appreciated. Greg. [email protected] Thanks!
