I would box up the motor and send it to Mark at Precision Marine before I would sell it

Tyler is the man when it comes to the 525efi kit. I would not let anyone put one on besides him. It would be worth the trip to let him tune it while he is riding in the boat.

check the iac filters...they clog easily and will cause a rich condition at idle ...
getting someone (who knows what they are doing) in the boat with the computer and a/f sensors, etc. is the only way to get a good tune up...

i just did a set of whipples on 525's for a guy and haven't had any problems with fouling plugs. where is your fuel pressure? are they both doing it?
