As a recent "first time boat motor puller" I'd have to agree it's not that bad. Couldn't agree more with mats though on the manual. I didn't have one but I was the one that pulled it in the first place so I knew how it all came apart. Take your time and you'll be fine...good luck.

Buy one of those manuals from Seloc or Clymer. They are a great help if you have not done it before. They are actually a great help even if you have done it before. It is easy to forget in which order to do things.
