I have been running some of KE's exh for 5 years now, doing 100+ hours per year. Actually on my 6th season. Run primarily in fresh but will be in FL for about 30-40 hrs per season. HP going thru them has always been at least 800. Right now we are close to 925. Run KE's two stage water pumps. Have never had one problem with anything. I know that you will not get a set of CMI or Stellings to provide the same service life with the same application. I can't me more satisfied

Are you saying that CMI or Stellings are pron to failure with the type of power your putting them through? What type of failures are you refering too..stress cracks, welds or ?
I had CMI's on single big block 450 hp for over 9 years and not a problem-WOT at 5100 most of the 300 hrs in 9 years.

I have two friends who ran 550+ cu/800+ hp into CMI and Stellings for 8-10 years. Operated in salt, do not baby the boats and flushed after each use. Neither could get over three years without a leak of some kind. Typically towards the middle of the collector. I had Stellings for two years and sold them for fear of the leak deal and went to KE's. I even went to the trouble of dumping the water overboard after shut down just to prevent a "hydraulic event". Possibly in fresh water applications the SS performs better? They certainly look better than KE's
