I just had mine apart for powder coating. There are no friction adjustments, just a small spring with a ball that rides at the bottom of the levers. Do you want more friction?

It was pretty straight forward to put them together, had to sand off some powder coat from the pivot pin holes though. New decals (for the trottle lever, from BAM) and some grease on the pivot points made them look and feel like new.

This question might sound weird, but...
I know grease lubricates, but in this case does the grease help promote friction, while also shifting smoother.
Does it create a some suction with the clear rubber pieces inside of the base and take up space for the ball/spring for a tight fit?

Nothing worse than throttle creep!

Looks like I have to spend more dough at your place again

You can still drive the boat with a hand on the throttles.
