This was a portion of the reply I got...

"...You will gain mid range as well as top end with the Arneson's over the Bravo setup as well as reliability over the Bravo's also.
You will not have any issues with docking or driving the boat, nor will there be any rough water concerns with the use of a Surface Drive.
The ASD7M's cost $18,500.00 ea. plus mechanical tie bar assembly which cost $1,600.00...."

I was happy that they didn't make wild claims abt performance gains, etc.
I do think it would be a neat option, but the price seems a little out reach. I'll look at other options as well when (if) the time comes...

The cost of the Arneson may seem pricey, but factor in the number of Bravo varients you will go through in a few years and the surface drives are a bargain.

You can also sell your Bravos to recoup some of the cost.
