Default Power Trim Switch

Went boating yesterday and the boat ran great. Coming home after a few hours of rest, the power tilt stopped working. It will trim up but will not trim down. I did not hit anything on my travels so not sure what is causing this. Any ideas? What troubleshooting should I do to find the cause? It is a Bravo 1 drive on a 454 Mag.

Thanks for your help.
