I got 160 T stats in my 2000,efi 502 Mags. one motor runs 170 the other 180. everythings normal otherwise. the water pumps and oil coolers are fine. this is at WOT. Is 180 to hot?

Your probably fine. Most marine gages can be off from true by 10% I have a new pair of 525's and the oil pressure Gaffrig- Livorsi have never read over 50 psi. A mechanical Gage read 10-15 more pressure.

Agreed most likely just a gauge difference. If your that concerned try swapping sender wires on the gauges see what it reads.

Shouldn't you have the Merc 140's in there?
