It is not that difficult to do providing you have mechanical experience. However, there are a bunch of tools you will need. Some that are specific from Merc, others are regular handtools, also a dial indicator, feeler guages, 1/2" torque wrench, 3/8" torque-o-meter and the Merc manual.
