Here the question:
I currently have a 454 Mag 1991 Carbed.
Would like to make it fuel injected, have a connection to a fuel injection system off of a 1996 502 Mag EFI(includes fuel system/wire harness/ecu/ignition/manifold, basically everything)
would this be somewhat a direct bolt on to my current engine, and would it run correctly? Is it worth the effort? Would I expect to see any HP gains?
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

My answer would be no, it's not worth the effort. Especially if you've never done it before. It will drive you nuts and not give you any better results than a proper carb.
Having said that, if you just want to do it for the learning experience, then good luck. It'll be a neat project. Let us know how it comes out.
