Really! BBQ Grill Charcoal? I'm assuming you're not pulling my leg. I guess that's one of those where the obvious was just too obvious!

I protect it year round with a dehumidifier (p/n DH-5-1). We keep our 292 Fastech covered on a lift on the river and in our shop during the winter. I bought this dehumidifier that maintains whatever humidity you want. I keep it around 45-50%. It sits on a small stand I made in the middle of the cuddy cabin and drains into a small electric condensate pump that has a float and pumps the water overboard automatically. Boat still smells brand new fresh and never any signs of mold.
