I need a shop that has the computer diagnostic capability for a 420dpxa volvo penta. and that fix my head ache. any help is appreciated.

I'm pretty busy with a couple right now - but would be more than happy to make a test run with the equipment hooked up - fuel pressure - scanner - etc...
I would also check for a vaccum issue on the feed line from the tank while running WOT. A simple t-fitting with an old school fuel pressure gauge will definately determine a starvation problem when running WOT.
I'm out on the San Jac - PM me if you need some help.
