Hello- My father is resurrecting an 86 Scarab 38 KV. Its been sitting about 13 years. Anyway, the boat has its twin 400 cyclones rebuilt and ready to go in. We do not want to use the old junk exhaust manifolds. Where is a good place to get some nice performance manifolds/headers for this boat? Any help is appreciated.

Hardin Marine, Eddie Marine, Lightning headers, CMI, Stainless Marine, several more, all make high quality marine exhaust systems. Many are advertisers here and offer OSO member discounts.

You may want to consider staying with a good manifold and riser system for your mild horsepower application. They'll give you the performance you need and something the tubular headers wont.......a five year warranty!
Both EMI and Stainless Marine are warrantied for five years. I imagine there are others too.
Good luck with your decision.

Just looked at the EMI website...Those systems are just what I was looking for. I'm thinking about the EMI-511 system. I emailed them to see if it would fit my boat.
Thanks

We can offer you a great deal on Unitops with very competitive pricing to manifolds.

If you go with the EMI Thunders spend the extra money and get the stainless risers and not the standard cast. They are less restrictive.
