Default 500 hp refresh and build up

in a month or so im pulling my 500 hp carb motors out of my 2000 32 active thunder and doing a refresh and build up . would like to get about 600 hp out of them and i know it has been done so my question is.

what to use for parts and where to get them.

part #s for refresh and build up parts.

if you have done this with good results id love to know exactly what you did.

thanks for your input

We have done several of those updates. we use cnc ported aluminum heads, camshaft, intake, modified carb and MSD ignition and you will have 625 HP.

We have a full kit. And yes we have done them with the Gill ex. It is better if you extend the tail pipes and get the water to dump out the back of the boat at the end of the pipe.
